Happy Turkey Day!

Madison spent her first Thanksgiving at Grandma Nancy's house! Nancy and Candice hosted a lovely dinner, with tons of yummy food! It was such a nice day, my family was there, Wendy and Debbie came down from Fresno and my Grandma was even out from Pennsylvania. I feel very thankful to have so many wonderful people in our lives!

2 Months

Madison had her 2 month check up; she is now 12lbs 4oz and is 23.5in long, and she is growing perfectly! She also got all her shots (which was sooo terrible to watch, she cried and my heart broke. Her little legs hurt all night and all she wanted was her mommy to hold her... luckily by the next morning, she was back to her smiling happy self!)

Today was such a beautiful day! After such a hot week, Saturday was a nice, sunny and cool day, perfect for a walk around Balboa Park. It was also Madison's first outing in her Ergo baby carrier, which she loved. Deven and I enjoyed walking around & people watching while Madison enjoyed her nap! :)

Heat wave

Fun Fact: It was the hottest November day in San Diego history. The temperature hit 100 degrees -- 28 degrees higher than normal and 3 degrees above the previous record high for Nov. 4th, which has recorded in 1976.

Madison is getting so big! She's already wearing 3mo. clothing and she's not even 2 months old yet!! Most of her 3mo. outfits are cute little dresses and summer type clothing... which I thought she'd never get to wear, since it would be Nov/Dec by the time she fit into them. However, since that entire week was SO HOT she was able to wear a ton of them!! It was so much fun dressing her up :-D
