It's fun to be a kid

Madison has a TON of energy, so I try to keep her as busy as I can.  There is always something fun to do with the kids and here are a few things we've taken Madison to over the past few months.

We went to the Children's Museum again, but this time Daddy came with us.
A few weeks later, I took her to see Hulabaloo {they are a folk band that plays fun kid music}.  Our mall was having a Grand Opening for the new food court, so they had the band, food, face painting, balloon animals and it was all free!  Madison had fun dancing away.
About a month after Riley was born we went to KIDSFEST down in Pt. Loma.  It's an entire festival dedicated to kids and learning activities.  I spent most of the time pushing Riley around in the stroller while Deven chased Madison around to all the different activity stations.
Gumball Alley

 Raise the Roof
 Fort Cube Connection
It was time for lunch!  They had a bunch of food trucks there, so we picked a spot in the grass, laid down a blanket and ate.

Next it was time to decorate a pinata, that got a little messy...
BUBBLES!!
{Madison's favorite}
Then she got to dress like a fairy princess
someone was getting a little tired, so we got ready to head home
Kidsfest had activities for kids of all ages, so I know next year Madison will have even more fun, since she'll be able to participate in even more things.  Plus, Riley will probably be walking, so we'll have two little ones to chase around!
